What is an appraisal? An appraisal is given as an estimate of what an item is worth. However, we always tell people that what someone’s willing to pay dictates the real worth of an item. How do you determine the value? We use several resources when determining the value of an item. We research items to see what they have recently sold for since the market constantly fluctuates.
