Estate sales are designed to sell off a large portion of a home's contents very quickly. How do I get started? The first thing we tell people is DO NOT throw anything away! Some of the most valuable items are disguised as junk! Plus, it all adds up, even the small items! Call us to schedule a free consultation. During this meeting we will discuss your needs, a timeline and options for the sale. How is the sale set up? Our staff will go through every nook and cranny, pulling out everything so that it's visible. Then the items are researched, appraised, cleaned, priced, and displayed. We will conduct the sale with knowledgeable staff to assist, answer questions and help buyers with their purchases. How will people know about my sale? Advertising is placed in the local newspaper, on craigslist, estatesales.net, and our website. We have over 2,000 customers on our mailing list for estate sales, and it continues to grow! What happens after the sale? After the sale we will leave the house in broom swept condition. Everything is done for you so you don’t have to worry. You will receive an itemized summary sheet itemizing total sales and a check within one week of the sale. How much does this service cost? Our fees are extremely competitive and reasonable.
