1) Make an appointment to bring your items in

2) We will handle all aspects of the sale including correspondence with bidders, accepting payments, and mailing of the item.

3) The commission fee is 40% of each item sold. This covers all fees we incur through eBay for listing the item and packaging the item.

4) Payment for items sold will be available for pick up as soon as we receive payment, and the item has been shipped and received by the buyer.

Estate Sales

1) REMEMBER, don't throw anything away, some of the most valuable items are disguised as junk! Plus it all adds up, even the small items.

2.) Schedule a free consultation.  During this meeting we discuss your needs, a timeline and options for the sale.

3) Working together we can go over what items should be in the sale, disposed of or listed on eBay. If items are more suited for eBay we will sell those items on eBay for you. We have over 12 years experience as a power seller on eBay.  This guarantees you will get the most for your collectables.

4) Sale preparation: Our staff brings tables in, we go through every nook and cranny and set up, appraise, research and price all items.  We will conduct the sale with knowledgeable staff to assist in sales, to answer questions and help buyers with their purchases.

5) Advertising is placed in the local newspaper, we also place an ad on Craigslist, Estatesales.net and our website. We have over 2000 customers on our mailing list for estate sales.

6) It is included in our fee to clean out the house of all debris.  We will leave the house in broom swept condition. Everything is done for you so you don't have to worry!

7) You will receive an itemized summary sheet itemizing total sales and a check within 1 week of sale.
